Hardware
- Spitronics PCB/controllers undergo a 3-Step testing procedure. PCB's are manufactured using a machine-soldered process. High quality electronic components are chosen in our product design process to ensure product reliability & future development capabilities.
- 1st testing is carried out at the initial manufacturing stage.
- 2nd testing is done in-house before receiving in any stock.
- 3rd phase QC testing is carried out finally once product is ordered. Our crew use a simulation process to manually ensure products are working optimally to ensure product satisfaction.
- The Mercury3 controller range is resin-potted, making it highly durable and suitable for demanding environments such as off-road, frozen and 4 x 4 motorsport vehicles.

- Our Mercury3 features interchangeable firmware, perfect for dealers managing stock or builders who want to reuse controllers across multiple projects. Firmware updates are easily accessible through the software for the product’s lifecycle, ensuring long-term flexibility and performance.
- The Callisto range is supplied with locked firmware, simplifying setup and preventing incorrect applications. Callisto controllers can also be supplied unactivated to dealers, helping reduce inventory costs, with activation only required when units are sold. All dedicated kits are firmware-locked and compiled specifically for each application.

Every Spitronics product undergoes a three-stage quality control process before leaving headquarters.As standard for electronic components, we provide a 1-month product guarantee against manufacturing defects.Because Spitronics products are designed primarily for the DIY performance market, we cannot control how or by whom the product is installed or used. For this reason, extended warranties are not offered. - Returns
All return requests must be sent to the original supplier with a clear explanation of the issue. Returns are subject to the following conditions: Items must be returned in the same untampered condition in which they left headquarters. A 30% handling fee may apply. Returns must have a valid reason, and Spitronics reserves the right to refuse the request.
