🧠 Engine Control Unit (ECU)
Spitronics develops advanced engine control systems built for precision, performance, and adaptability across a wide range of automotive platforms. Our ECUs feature real-time adaptive fuel mapping, high-speed 32-bit processing, and boost control up to 4 bar MAP. They support coil-on-plug, wasted spark, and distributor ignition systems, with full sensor integration for critical engine parameters. Performance functions include launch control, flat-shift, anti-lag, cam control, and idle stabilization. All tuning is managed through our user-friendly Hyperspace software, and rugged, epoxy-filled units ensure durability in extreme conditions.

Our TCUs offer smooth, intelligent shift logic, adaptive clutch control, gear-based fuel and boost mapping, and support for paddle shifts, Tiptronic modes, and torque converter management. Throttle-by-Wire functionality is supported through our Orion2 and Mercury3 ECUs, enabling precise electronic throttle control. These systems handle both single and dual-acting throttle bodies using H-bridge configurations. Key safety features include limp-home mode, integrated circuit protection, and dedicated relays. Pre-built harnesses with shielding simplify installation and integration with other management systems.
