Description

The Digital Fan Control Unit is designed to manage modern speed-controlled engine fans that use internal electronics and require a PWM signal (Pulse Width Modulation) from an external controller. Rather than switching the fan on and off, this unit adjusts the fan speed based on engine conditions—providing better thermal management and quieter operation.

The first version of this unit was built using the robust and reliable Pluto and Pluto2 ECU hardware and software, tailored specifically for fan control applications. It offers precise control over fan speed via programmable PWM frequency and duty cycle, enabling compatibility with a wide range of OEM and aftermarket fans.

This unit requires the E37_P1 Input Harness and E38_P2 Output Harness for complete installation, both of which are included.
