Universal TxW harness for Orion2 with shielded wiring, integrated relay, and simplified installation for most throttle-by-wire setups.

Category:

Description

The OTX02 – Throttle by Wire (TxW) Harness is a Level 2 universal wiring solution built specifically for the Orion2 ECU. Created to reduce installation time and simplify fault tracing, this harness includes all the required TxW signal paths across Orion2’s connector system, making it compatible with a wide range of throttle-by-wire configurations.

Key Features & Design Notes:

  • Universal Harness Design: Requires appropriate throttle and pedal connectors (not included). This is not a plug-and-play product.

  • Clean Installation: PVC sleeving and heat shrink included for a neat and durable finish.

  • Integrated Mechanical Relay: Pre-wired according to TxW specifications, featuring an inline fuse for circuit protection.

  • Shielded Wiring: All input signal wires are shielded to reduce electrical noise and are grounded using a dedicated small black wire that must be connected to the TxW ground only.

Wiring Overview:

Pedal TPS (Shielded):

  • Pedal TPS Signal – Blue

  • +5V – Red

  • Earth – Black

Throttle Motor (Shielded):
