The OTX01 – Throttle by Wire Harness (TxW) is a Level 2 universal harness designed specifically for the Orion2 ECU. Engineered to speed up installation and reduce troubleshooting, this harness includes all necessary throttle-by-wire (TxW) signal paths from every Orion2 connector, supporting a wide range of TxW configurations.

Key Features & Design Points:

• Universal Fit: This harness is not plug-and-play. Connectors for throttle and pedal are required separately.

• Professional Installation Finish: Supplied with PVC sleeving and heat shrink for a clean and durable final look.

• Integrated Relay System: Equipped with a mechanical relay pre-wired for TxW use, including an inline fuse for circuit protection.

• Shielded Signal Wiring: All input wires are shielded for noise reduction and must be earthed using the small black wire to the TxW ground only.

Wiring Overview:

Pedal TPS (Shielded):

• TPS Signal – Blue

• +5V – Red

• Earth – Black

Throttle TPS (Shielded):

• TPS Signal – Blue

• +5V – Red

• Earth – Black

Water Sensor (Shielded):

• Water Sensor Signal – Red

• Water Sensor Earth – Blue

Crank Sensor (Shielded):

• RPM Signal – Blue

• +12V – Red

• Earth – Black

Throttle Motor (Shielded):

• Throttle Motor Positive – Red

• Throttle Motor Negative – Black

Other Wires:

• Ignition Power – Orange

• BAT+ – 1x Red

• Ground for Screens/Sensors – Black

• Relay Set – 4 Wires

Important: Ensure all unused wires are properly isolated to prevent shorts or signal interference.
